As you are aware, the coronavirus pandemic is continuing to cause major disruptions across the globe.

Rapid Labs are proud to be part of the medical diagnostics industry, and we will continue to remain open, offering hundreds of diagnostic tests to hospitals around the world until any closures are forced upon us by the UK government. Due to the nature of our business, we do not forsee this happening, however I’m sure you’ll appreciate that it is hard to predict what can happen next during this very volatile time.

Due to the reduction in flights and freight services, we are emailing to inform you that there may be some delays with orders going out. The health, safety and well-being of our employees also remain of upmost importance, and as a result we are limiting the number of employees in our laboratory and office to minimise the risk of infection. All of our employees will continue to work full time, with some working from home where possible, in line with the UK Government’s recommendatoins.

Please be assured that we will continue to operate and fulfil orders at our maximum capacity and ask for your patience during this unprecedented time.
