• The purchase price of this product includes a limited, non-transferable license under U.S. and foreign patents owned by RNAssist Limited, to use this product for internal research and development purposes. (without the right to resell, repackage, make derivatives of, use as a component of another product or further sublicense) and subject to the following additional restrictions. THE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE USED FOR THE GENERATION OF A DIAGNOSTIC RESULT, THE GENERATION OF COMMERCIAL DATABASES OR CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS INCLUDING THE CARRYING OUT OF ANY DIAGNOSTIC TEST WHERE THE RESULT IS REPORTED TO A PATIENT OR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. The product may also not be used for any Commercial Use where “Commercial Use” means any and all uses of this product by recipient for monetary or other consideration, including (i) use of the product or its derivatives in manufacturing; (ii) use of the product or its derivatives to provide a service, information or data to unaffiliated third parties; use of the product or its derivatives for therapeutic, diagnostic or prophylactic purposes; or (iv) use in any quality control and quality assurance processes including food and environmental testing. No other license under these patents is conveyed expressly or by implication to the purchaser by the purchase of this product.

• This product is sold under authorization from RNAssist Limited and RNAssist Limited reserves all other rights. Recipient must contact RNAssist Limited at contact@RNAssist.com to seek a license for use of this product other than within the scope of this limited use license.

Please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet of the product. BY USE OF THIS PRODUCT, RECIPIENT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED USE STATEMENT. If the recipient is not willing to accept the conditions of this limited use statement, and the product is unused, Rapid Labs will accept return of the unused product and provide the recipient with a full refund.
