D-FIROAAGD10/ D-FIROAAGD25–Rotavirus and Adenovirus Test Device

Intended use:

The Rotavirus and Adenovirus Combo Test Device (Feces) is intended for the in vitro qualitative detection of Rotavirus antigen and Adenovirus antigen in human feces as an aid in the diagnosis of Rotavirus and/or Adenovirus infection.

Principle:The Rotavirus and Adenovirus Combo Test Device (Feces) detects Rotavirus antigen and Adenovirus antigen based on Fluorescence Immunoassay. The membrane is pre-coated with anti-adenovirus antibody on the Adenovirus test line region and anti-rotavirus antibody on the Rotavirus test line region of the test. During testing, the sample moves through the strip from sample pad to absorbent pad. The Rotavirus antigen and Adenovirus antigen in the specimen will be combined with the Rotavirus antibody and Adenovirus antibody that has been conjugated with fluorescence microspheres. The mixture migrates upward on the membrane chromatographically by capillary action to react with anti-rotavirus antibody and anti-adenovirus antibody on the membrane. The concentration of Rotavirus antigen and Adenovirus antigen in the sample is positively related to the intensity of the fluorescent signal captured on the T line. According to the fluorescence intensity of the test and the standard curve, the concentration of Rotavirus antigen and Adenovirus antigen in the sample can be calculated and reported by the analyzer.
